Anthony, a Philadelphia native, started his professional dance career with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and danced with them as a principal dancer for years. From concert dance, he progressed to a new dream, Hollywood, where he directed stars like Beyonce and Mariah Carey and won numerous awards including an MTV Video Music Award for ‘Best Choreography in Beyonce’s ‘Formation.’ Anthony is renowned for his ability to blend classical and commercial dance styles, and choreographing for notable companies and shows such as Pepsi, Direct TV, Glee, Dance Moms, and The Oprah Winfrey Show. Anthony is a dedicated dancer teacher and offers a popular summer dance intensive, Breaking Barriers. Anthony now calls Atlanta his home and has a beautiful daughter, Sifare.
